Variety: 100% Aglianico
Alcohol content: 14%
Exposure and altitude: southeast; from 300 to 400 sm
Plant density: on average 3000 plants per hectare
Training Sistem: espalier with guyot pruning
Yield per hectare: 60/70 Q per hectare


Harvest period: late October early November; manual collection in small containers


Vinification and ageing: in red with long maceration of the pomace, malolactic fermentation in oak barrels and barriques where the wine is then aged for about 24 months


Organoleptic characteristics: the wine has a garnet red color, the nose has an intense aroma of red fruits, spices, tobacco; on the palate it is warm, well structured with unobtrusive tannins and an aftertaste of black pepper


Service temperature: 16-18 ° C
